1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through formanoir.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, as well as our related policies.
Forma Noir is operated by Wonderbird AB, registered in Sweden.
2. Products
All artworks are produced on demand in collaboration with selected fine art print labs in Europe and the UK.
Each piece is created specifically for your order.
Slight variations in colour, tone, or paper texture may occur and are considered part of the printing process.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in SEK or the currency displayed on the site and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and may include card payments, Klarna, PayPal, and other options at checkout.
4. Production & Processing
Production begins within 24 hours after your order is placed.
Estimated production time is 2-5 business days, followed by shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on location.
5. Shipping
Forma Noir offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout or included where specified.
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns & Refunds
All artworks are made to order.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once production has started, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c).
Exceptions apply in the case of:

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@formanoir.com with relevant photos.
7. Intellectual Property
All images and artworks remain the property of Christian Schneider / Wonderbird AB.
Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
Forma Noir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
