1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through formanoir.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.
Forma Noir is owned and operated by Wonderbird AB, a company registered in Sweden.
2. Products
All artworks, photographs, and prints offered on this site are produced on demand in partnership with carefully selected fine-art print labs within the EU and UK.
Each piece is made specifically for your order - ensuring the highest quality and sustainability.
Please note that minor variations in color, tone, or paper texture may occur between digital previews and the final print. These variations are considered normal and part of the artistic process.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) or the currency displayed on the site, and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other options available at checkout via Shopify Payments.
4. Order Processing & Production Time
Once your order is confirmed, it enters the production queue within 24 hours.
Standard production time is typically 2-5 business days, followed by shipping (delivery time depends on destination and chosen shipping method).
During holidays or special campaigns, production times may be slightly longer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Forma Noir offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or included in the final price where "Free Shipping" is indicated.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to order, Forma Noir operates under the Made-to-Order Exception in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
This means that no returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be accepted once your order has entered production, except in cases of:

Incorrect item received
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at order@formanoir.com with photos of the problem. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, artworks, and photographs displayed on this site are protected under international copyright law and remain the property of Christian Schneider / Wonderbird AB.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Forma Noir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the sale of goods shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
