1. Production
All Forma Noir artworks are made to order.
Once your order is placed, production begins within 24 hours.
Estimated production times:

Unframed prints: 2-4 business days

Framed artworks: 4-7 business days
During periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping through trusted production partners across Europe and the UK.
Each order is produced at the closest available facility to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.
Estimated delivery times (after production):

Sweden & EU: 3-7 business days

UK & non-EU Europe: 5-10 business days

USA & Canada: 7-12 business days

Rest of world: 10-15 business days
A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Many artworks include free worldwide shipping, as indicated on the product page.
4. Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

Smaller prints are shipped flat in reinforced envelopes

Larger prints are shipped in protective tubes

Framed artworks are securely boxed with protective padding
Whenever possible, we use plastic-free and recyclable packaging.
5. Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us at order@formanoir.com.
We will assist you directly.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and artwork.
A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
8. Sustainability
All Forma Noir artworks are produced on demand.
By manufacturing each order locally when possible, we reduce waste, transport distance, and environmental impact.
