1. Production Time
All Forma Noir artworks are made to order.
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production queue within 24 hours.
Typical production times are:

Prints without frame: 2-4 business days

Framed artworks: 4-7 business days
During high-demand periods (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping through our professional print partners in the EU and UK.
Your order will be produced at the closest available fulfillment center to reduce delivery time and carbon footprint.
Estimated delivery times after production:

Sweden & EU: 3-7 business days

UK & Europe (non-EU): 5-10 business days

USA & Canada: 7-12 business days

Rest of world: 10-15 business days
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Many products include free worldwide shipping, as stated on the product page.
If applicable, expedited or premium shipping options may also be available.
4. Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

Small prints (A4 / 30×40 cm) are shipped flat in reinforced envelopes.

Larger prints are shipped rolled in protective cardboard tubes.

Framed artworks are securely boxed with corner protectors and anti-shock padding.
We use plastic-free, recyclable packaging whenever possible.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Forma Noir is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
6. Tracking & Delivery Issues
You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us at order@formanoir.com, and we will investigate with our production partners.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Forma Noir produces every print on demand - no overproduction, no waste.
Each shipment is fulfilled from the closest production facility to your location, minimizing environmental impact and ensuring faster delivery.
