1. Made-to-Order Production
All Forma Noir prints and frames are custom-made to order.
Each piece is produced individually after you place your order, using museum-grade materials and professional fine-art printing processes.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible once your order has entered production.
This policy complies with EU consumer law Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which exempts made-to-order and personalized goods from the standard right of withdrawal.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure that every print leaves the lab in perfect condition.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@formanoir.com.

Clear photos showing the damage or defect (including packaging if applicable)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
4. Color and Print Variations
Please note that minor color or tone differences between on-screen previews and the final printed artwork may occur.
This is a natural result of print calibration and paper texture, and is not considered a defet.
