1. Made to Order
All Forma Noir artworks are produced to order.
Each piece is individually printed and framed after purchase using museum-grade materials and fine art production methods.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
This policy follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c), which applies to made-to-order goods.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@formanoir.com.

Photos of the artwork and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
3. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We will work directly with our production partners to resolve the issue.
4. Colour & Print Variation
Slight variations in colour or tone may occur between screen and print.
This is a natural result of paper, ink, and calibration - and not considered a defect.
